Application Support Manager- TMS/IT/Logistics
I'm seeking a strong Application Support Manager with experience leading TMS/logistics IT teams. This role is all about team leadership, service delivery, and driving high-quality application support across a European transport network.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead, coach, and develop the regional TMS application support team.
- TMS Systems support experience required

Manage day-to-day application support operations, ensuring SLA delivery.

Act as senior escalation point for all TMS-related incidents and requests.

Oversee resource planning, workload allocation, and team performance reviews (PDRs).

Drive team knowledge growth, best practice, and process improvement.

Ensure all support activities align with the European TMS strategy and IT standards.

Maintain high-quality documentation, configuration records, and compliance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to resolve issues quickly.

Support or lead TMS-related projects when required.

Strong background in application support, ideally in TMS or logistics systems.

Proven people manager, confident leading and developing technical teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Hands-on understanding of configuration, analysis, and support processes.

Experience working within SLAs, ITIL, or structured support environments.
