Are you a charismatic SDR who builds rapport quickly over the phone, and thrives on high-energy outbound? Our client (Award winning event-tech SaaS) is expanding across New York City, selling AI-powered products that help venues win more bookings and make smarter decisions. They're seeking an ambitious SDR to fuel their push into New York City by prospecting, qualifying and booking high-quality meetings for the US sales team.
This role will:
- Drive outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate and qualify opportunities.
- Book meetings for US facing Business Development managers.
- Sell high-impact SaaS products into hotels, rooftop bars & restaurants, event venues, and unique NYC properties.
- Update CRM regularly and share market feedback to help refine propositions and campaigns.
This role needs:
- Previous SDR/BDR experience with strong pipeline generation and proven cold-calling success.
- A likeable, confident phone manner—quick to build trust with New Yorkers.
- Resilience, pace and strong objection-handling.
- Clear written and verbal communication; organised and target-driven.
- Nice to have: Previous experience targeting the US market (but not essential).
This role offers:
- Competitive package: £30-35k base + £5-9k OTE
- Incentive trip to NYC for face-to-face meetings and events (fully expensed)
- Working hours: EST adjusted hours: 10am - 7pm Mon - Thurs, and 10am - 5pm Friday.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
- Progression opportunity: The intention is for this role to progress into a 360 Sales role.
