Are you a charismatic SDR who builds rapport quickly over the phone, and thrives on generating leads, making calls, and opening up opportunities?

Our client, a multi award-winning event tech SaaS business, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. As the UK’s fastest-growing event tech brand, they’re transforming how venues market and sell their spaces with innovative AI-powered products that help venues win more bookings and make smarter decisions.

This role will:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold-calling and prospecting activities.
• Book qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager to drive deals forward.
• Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, building strong relationships.

This role needs:

• Experience in cold-calling and lead generation (essential).
• A likeable, confident phone manner — with strong communication skills to engage potential customers and uncover their needs.
• Resilience, pace and strong objection-handling skills.
• A willingness to learn about the events & hospitality industry and products, and how to pitch them.
• A keen interest in sales, technology, and professional development.
