We have a rare opportunity for Business Analysts to join a dynamic technical programme within the public sector. Immediately start, you will work alongside technical teams to solve complex problems and deliver robust solutions.

This role is ideal for analytical thinkers who thrive in technical environments and are looking for a secure, meaningful role.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Stakeholder Identification: Mapping out the client’s ecosystem to ensure all voices—from executives to end-users—are heard.
  • As-Is vs. To-Be Analysis: Conducting workshops to document current workflows and visualizing the future state using flowcharts and diagrams.
  • Gap Analysis: Identifying the specific distance between where the client is and where they need to be, then proposing viable solutions.
  • Scope Definition: Helping the Project Manager define what is "in" and "out" of scope to prevent the dreaded "scope creep" later in the project.

As a Business Analyst you will have experience of;

  • Business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Proven track record of leading or contributing to high-impact Discovery phases, successfully moving from initial ambiguity to a defined project roadmap
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with at least one significant project delivered within a Local or Central Government
  • An understanding of the GDS Service Manual and the Service Assessment process (Alpha, Beta, Live) is a significant advantage
