Location: Global / Remote
Contract: 12 Months (Immediate Start)
Rate: £380 per day (Inside IR35)
Travel: 95% domestic and international travel – all travel expenses fully paid and a daily allowance for meals (EMEA, Americas, APAC)
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and personable Global Hotel Systems Trainer to support hotel system deployments across multiple international locations.
You will deliver both onsite and remote training, configure and install Property, Sales, and Revenue systems, and ensure hotel teams are confident and fully operational following implementation. This role involves regular travel and is ideal for someone looking for a fresh challenge who isn’t geographically tied down.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured onsite and remote system training
- Configure system databases and support hardware setup
- Manage installations following approved implementation processes
- Liaise with hotel management to coordinate schedules and go-live activity
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with support teams to resolve tickets
- Complete project wrap-ups, sign-offs, and handovers
- Collaborate with internal implementation teams on planning and delivery
About You
- Professional experience in Technology or a related field
- Hands-on experience using hotel Property, Sales, or Revenue systems
- Strong understanding of PMS, CRS, and system interfaces
- Confident trainer with excellent communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Be approachable, easy to talk to, and comfortable training a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced hotel
