This is a highly travel-focused role (80% domestic & international – all expenses fully paid)
The Implementation Specialist executes the deployment of the proprietary Property Engagement Platform (PEP) across a global portfolio of hotel properties. This role ensures the highest standards of service through both onsite and remote implementation projects.
Following the initial handover, the Specialist provides remote and onsite training, configures system databases, and manages hardware and interface setups. They also serve as a technical resource, troubleshooting complex issues and offering guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities
- System Deployment: Manages the end-to-end implementation process, including system configuration, database building, and hardware interfacing.
- Training & Liaison: Coordinates directly with hotel management teams to lead onsite activities, schedules, and software training sessions.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborates with internal and external support teams to resolve technical tickets and system bugs during the rollout phase.
- Project Governance: Oversees shift assignments, task scheduling, and the delivery of final wrap-up documentation for formal project sign-off.
- Professional Development: Maintains personal onboarding and growth plans while participating in departmental knowledge-sharing and training calls.
- Operational Support: Assists with special projects and ad hoc technical support as directed by leadership.
