Salary: £90,000 + 20–30% commission
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site in London)

Overview
An experienced Senior New Business Sales Executive is required to drive revenue growth through proactive business development and strategic client engagement. This role focuses on securing new clients, managing key relationships, and contributing to overall sales strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve defined annual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across client and partner channels
- Build and manage strong client and partner relationships
- Escalate key issues or risks to senior leadership as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal reporting and CRM systems
- Provide regular pipeline updates to support forecasting and operational planning

Performance Expectations
1. Business Development
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Secure new clients (“new logos”) and expand existing accounts
- Contribute proactively to marketing initiatives and sales planning
2. Reporting & Administration
- Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Maintain CRM system with up-to-date information
- Track and report key metrics on a monthly basis
3. Sales Process Management
- Follow up on all leads within 48 hours
- Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle via CRM tools
- Maintain high standards of communication and documentation
- Align solutions to client business needs effectively
4. Client & Partner Management
- Conduct regular reviews of client and partner relationships
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Share feedback internally to improve service delivery
- Ensure all documentation is properly recorded in CRM systems

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology sales or account management
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred:
- Experience selling CRM, ERP, or cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder environments
- Experience in deal structuring, negotiation, and contract management
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel to client sites, including occasional overnight stays
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required
- Full, clean (or near clean) driving licence preferred
