I’m currently working with a well-established organisation operating within the customer communications, print and digital transformation space, supporting some of the UK’s largest brands across highly regulated industries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects through from planning to delivery. You’ll be client-facing, heavily involved in delivery, and trusted to manage projects end-to-end while building strong relationships across the wider business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full lifecycle of projects from initiation through to delivery
- Working closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders and clients
- Tracking project budgets, forecasting and reporting on delivery progress
- Coordinating project resources across multiple departments and locations
- Running project meetings, workshops and status updates
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards
- Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery processes
Experience they’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering projects in a client-facing environment
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience working with Agile and/or Prince2 methodologies
- Comfortable managing budgets, reporting and project documentation
- Experience using tools such as MS Project, SharePoint or other ERP/project delivery systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating across wider teams
