Core banking - Temenos T24
We are currently supporting one of our banking clients who require a Senior Data Migration Lead to work on a complex digital transformation
.Responsibilities:
- Clearly define, present, and own the end-to-end data migration strategy, associated migration plans, and execution approaches for the T24-to-Data Hub and CRM transitions
- .Direct, mentor, and work alongside a dedicated, next-level-down execution team to ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within scope
- .Implement robust data migration protocols, ensuring absolute data integrity and strict regulatory compliance
- .Oversee the mapping and movement of data from core banking databases into modern data lakes and financial data hubs
- .Confidently present migration frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and progress reports to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
.Experience required
- :A thorough understanding of banking data structures, regulatory requirements, and financial compliance standards
- .Direct experience working with Temenos T2 4 core banking database
- sHands on experience managing complex CRM data migrations within a financial services context
- .Extensive experience leveraging Databricks for large-scale data processing, transformation, and migration
- .Deep familiarity with modern data lake architectures specifically Snowflak
- eAdvanced understanding of data migration protocols, ETL pipelines, and relevant data engineering libraries
