We’re hiring Senior and Principal Consultants who want to focus on performance, relationships, and delivery - not internal noise.
The Opportunity
This is a role built for proven contract billers.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Build and grow a contract book in the technology markets you know best
- Partner with clients on genuine transformation programmes
- Operate with autonomy, accountability, and commercial ownership
You’ll be backed by a business that:

What We’re Looking For
- Senior or Principal experience in technology contract recruitment
- Confidence running a full 360° contract desk
- Strong billing history and long-term mindset
- Comfortable working across complex stakeholder environments
