Test Engineer

Remote/Hybrid - Manchester

£325 per day - Duration - 6 months

Our Central Government Client is looking to bring in experienced Test Engineers with extensive full life cycle testing experience in Agile Digital (DDaT) environments.

In this role you will:

• Maintain automated tests in continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Use, develop and standardise reusable frameworks and tools following engineering practices and standards
• Analyse and test artefacts such as products, services and business processes
• Promote quality considerations throughout the development life cycle
• Support the resolution of technical issues

Essential Skills

Must have experience with Power Platform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI

About you:

As the successful applicant you will possess extensive experience across the testing lifecycle including, Functional, End to End, Regression, User Acceptance Testing, Mobile and Assurance Testing.

You will have a strong understanding of requirements traceability, Agile principles and building test automation suites to ensure stable, reliable solutions.

Experience in the Public/government sector is essential for this role as well as an understanding of GDS principles and DDaT environments.
