AI Product Manager
TalentCo are delighted to be partnering with an established PE-backed tech company looking to hire a high-calibre Product Manager into their UK HQ (just north of London), as they build a new conversational AI platform from the ground up.
This hire will be based predominantly from home, spending 1 day per week in the office, but with plenty of flexibility to suit individual circumstances.
The client are developing a low-code, multi-tenant platform that enables large enterprises to design, build and deploy AI agents capable of handling both single-step LLM tasks and complex multi-step agentic workflows.
As AI Product Manager you will:
- Define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the client's strategic AI initiatives.
- Operate as the sole Product Manager on the build of a new conversational AI platform from scratch.
- Lead product discovery, scope definition and backlog ownership, partnering with Engineering, AI Technical Leads, Architecture, Compliance and Delivery teams to create a secure, production-ready AI platform.
- Translate commercial objectives and enterprise customer needs into validated product increments that deliver measurable value, build trust and scale globally.
We want to hear from you if:
- You have strong experience as a Product Manager owning complex, enterprise-grade software products, ideally within AI-enabled or regulated technology environments - big bonus points for any Conversational AI product experience!
- You understand AI-powered platforms, including LLMs, RAG architectures, guardrails and compliance considerations, or have a strong desire to build secure AI products at scale.
- You are confident defining product vision, articulating value propositions and aligning senior stakeholders across technical and commercial functions.
- You bring strong commercial acumen, governance awareness and the ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable, ROI-driven product outcomes.
