Sales Development Representative (Italian Speaking/ Hybrid)

We're excited to be partnering with a VC-backed hospitality scale-up that has recently raised funding and is now expanding its Sales team. As part of this growth, they're looking to hire an Italian Speaking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help generate new business and support the continued expansion across the UK and Europe.

Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you'll play a key role in building the pipeline for the Sales team, generating opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, driven, and curious salesperson to kickstart their career in hospitality tech, develop their skills, and gain exposure to the full sales process.

You'll be joining a small but mighty team of 30 people, based in London, working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and full of opportunity to make a real impact.

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Own your outreach across the UK and European markets, generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, sparking interest in the company's hospitality tech solution
  • Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the value of the platform
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and support the full sales cycle
  • Use data and insights to optimise your outreach, constantly improving performance and driving pipeline growth
