  • Collaboration: Work alongside Business Analysts, Engineers, and stakeholders to conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve complex technical hurdles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify technical challenges and mitigate common digital delivery pitfalls to ensure customer satisfaction and high performance.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Javascript: Essential experience, specifically within a low-code environment (e.g., Retool).
  • SQL & dbt: Strong ability to use dbt and unit testing to validate advanced SQL modeling logic.
  • Data Warehousing: Hands-on experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).
  • Version Control: Proficiency using GitHub for version control.
  • Automation Tools: Familiarity with Retool, Zapier, Omni, or similar technologies.
  • YAML: Experience in using YAML or similar tool.

  • Communication: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to build a network quickly across the organization.
  • Adaptability: A rapid learner who can grasp new technical concepts and stay ahead of emerging methodologies.

Note: Candidates must be able to demonstrate prior related technical work experience during the interview process.
