Account Executive – MarTech (4-Day Work Week | Mon–Thurs)

Salary: £55,000–£75,000 base + Double OTE

About the Role

A privately owned, UK-headquartered, profitable and fast-growing MarTech vendor specialising in demand generation and conversion optimisation is hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive net-new revenue across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.

This is a critical growth hire within a market-leading business that is consistently winning against established competitors. You'll join at a pivotal stage of scale, selling a best-in-class solution with strong product-market fit and clear customer ROI.

You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first contact through to close, managing sales cycles of 4–12 weeks with deal sizes ranging from £40k–£200k.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full new-business sales cycle within a defined territory
  • Maintain a strong outbound cadence to supplement inbound and SDR-generated pipeline
  • Run structured, value-led discovery to understand customer challenges and commercial drivers
  • Build ROI-focused proposals and business cases that demonstrate measurable impact
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and strong pipeline hygiene within CRM
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with senior stakeholders

About You

  • Proven success closing net-new business in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Confident owning outbound prospecting and full pipeline coverage
  • Experience selling into Retail, eCommerce, or Digital teams is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with value-based selling, discovery, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent communicator with strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, competitive, and motivated by winning new logos
