Think beyond traditional CRM-this is a platform that interprets relationships, surfaces insight, and predicts outcomes, helping client-facing teams make better commercial decisions.
The business operates across Customer Success, Account Management, and Revenue teams, solving a genuinely hard problem around client relationship intelligence-a space that remains largely underserved.
- ~$2M+ raised from credible UK/EU investors

The Opportunity:
This is a founding SDR role-a chance to join early and help define how outbound and pipeline generation is built. This is not a volume-driven, KPI-heavy SDR role.
Instead, you’ll operate in an AI-first, high-performance environment, focused on:
- Quality over quantity
- Insight-led outreach
- Engaging senior stakeholders with relevance
You’ll work directly with leadership and Account Executives to build pipeline in a thoughtful, modern way.
What You’ll Own
- Building high-quality pipeline across target enterprise accounts
- Creating intelligent, personalised outbound
- Early-stage discovery and qualification
- Feeding market insight back into sales, marketing, and product
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and prioritise high-value target accounts
- Use AI tools and real signals to inform outreach
- Craft tailored messaging across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Engage senior stakeholders with relevant, insight-driven messaging
- Qualify opportunities based on commercial potential
- Partner with AEs to set deals up for success
- Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years in a in SaaS as a SDR
- Curious with Commercial awareness-you understand how and why companies buy
- High standards-focused on quality, not just activity
- Ambition to progress into an Account Executive role
