Hybrid, 3 days in the office per week.

With strong demand and a globally trusted product, the company has scaled rapidly through customer advocacy. Now entering their next phase, they’re doubling down on go-to-market and building out a top-tier revenue team.
The Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in driving growth - opening doors, starting high-quality conversations, and shaping the first impression prospects have of the business.
You’ll work closely with the SDR leader and directly with your AE team to target and qualify opportunities and book meetings with senior stakeholders across legal, commercial and operations teams. This is a high-impact role with clear progression as the business continues to scale.
The role:
- Partner closely with your AE to build and convert pipeline
- Identify and target high-value accounts across key industries
- Drive outbound activity across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Qualify inbound interest quickly and effectively
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos
- Keep CRM clean, accurate, and up to date
- Feed market insights back into messaging and strategy
Experience and profile fit:
- 6 months + experience in an SDR / lead gen / sales role (B2B SaaS)
- Confidence with outbound and value-led messaging
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and LinkedIn)
- A structured approach to qualification and pipeline management
- Curiosity, energy, and a proactive mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience selling into C-level, IT or Marketing teams within Enterprise environment, or regulated industries
- HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Familiarity with sales methods such as MEDDIC, SPICED or BANT
