Trusted by enterprise customers globally, they’ve grown rapidly through product strength and customer advocacy. Now, as they enter their next phase of expansion, they’re investing further in go-to-market and scaling a high-performing revenue team.
The Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in driving growth - opening doors, starting high-quality conversations, and shaping the first impression prospects have of the business.
You’ll work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and book meetings with senior stakeholders across legal, commercial and operations teams. This is a high-impact role with clear progression as the business continues to scale.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Research and segment target accounts across key industries
- Run outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and events
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and professionally
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for AEs
- Keep CRM activity accurate and up to date
- Share market feedback to improve messaging and outbound performance
What good looks like in this role:
- Hitting monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline created
- Strong outbound conversion rates across multi-channel outreach
- High-quality qualification and clear handovers to AEs
- Bringing ideas to improve process, messaging and results
What our client is looking for:
- Experience in an SDR / lead gen / sales role (B2B SaaS)
- Confidence with outbound and value-led messaging
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and LinkedIn)
- A structured approach to qualification and pipeline management
- Curiosity, energy, and a proactive mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience selling into C-level, IT or Marketing teams within Enterprise environment, or regulated industries
- HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Familiarity with sales methods such as MEDDIC, SPICED or BANT
