You'll lead the development of AI-powered products that are transforming public services, combining modern React front ends with scalable .NET platforms and emerging AI technologies.

These products are already helping local authorities reduce contact centre demand by up to 50%, improve social care outcomes, and increase productivity through AI-powered automation and copilots.

If you're equally comfortable building React applications, designing scalable .NET services, and shaping technical direction, you'll have the freedom to influence product strategy, architecture, and the next generation of AI solutions.

You'll help shape new AI products from concept to release, influence technical standards, and work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to solve complex real-world challenges.

What you'll need

• Strong commercial experience with React, TypeScript and modern Front End development.
• Solid .NET Core/.NET 6+ and C# development experience.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable software products in a commercial environment.

Experience with Azure, Next.js, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or AI-powered products would be beneficial, but they're not essential.
