What you'll be doing

  • Leading and developing a team of technical sales professionals.
  • Driving growth across key market sectors.
  • Building relationships with customers, suppliers and technology partners.
  • Identifying and converting high-value design-in opportunities.
  • Developing strategic account and market development plans.
  • Owning revenue, margin and business growth performance.
  • Supporting complex commercial negotiations and customer engagements.

What you'll need

  • Experience leading technical sales teams within Embedded Computing, Electronics or Industrial Technology.
  • A track record selling Embedded computing platforms, systems, boards, displays, panel PCs, Edge Computing, IoT or AI solutions.
  • Experience supporting customer-specific design and manufacturing projects.
  • Strong commercial leadership and business development capability.
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • UK passport and full driving licence.
  • Eligibility to obtain UK MOD SC Clearance

Package

  • £70,000 - £80,000 basic salary.
  • 20% performance bonus.
