Role Overview
An IFS Support Analyst is required to join a growing UK business during a major IFS Cloud rollout. Half the business is already live, and the remaining half goes live in phases between November and May. You'll join a small, growing IFS team, supporting the platform across all finance functions. The role blends day-to-day support, documentation, user training and continuous improvement, and you'll work closely with the business on the processes that don't fit the standard system. It's ideal for someone with a finance background and hands-on IFS experience who wants to grow into wider systems and process work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve IFS support tickets across AP, AR, GL, Procurement and Projects.
• Identify recurring issues and support the Finance Systems Lead with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Run daily Transfer Transactions jobs and monitor query screens for errors.
• Maintain and create ClickLearn documentation, and deliver user training.
• Support go-lives, upgrade testing and regression testing.
• Work with finance teams and stakeholders to improve processes and drive adoption of standard ways of working.
• Over time, take on user setup, permissions, base data and company configuration.

Key Skills & Experience

• Hands-on IFS experience is essential, ideally on the finance modules.
• A good understanding of finance processes across AP, AR and GL. Exposure to Procurement or Projects is advantageous.
• A finance background. AAT is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive mindset, comfortable in a changing environment.
