Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are hiring a first in FP&A / Strategic Finance Lead for a high growth and venture backed business that is entering an exciting next phase of scale. £75–90k + meaningful equity.

This is a high ownership role that involves working directly with senior leadership, which shapes planning and involves building models, in addition to driving core business decisions and strategy.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has existing strong FP&A / strategic finance experience (you’ll be an ACA / ACCA / CIMA or similar)
• Comes from a top tier environment (practice, consulting or high growth)
• Has a strong track record of forecasting, planning and performance end to end
• Is commercially sharp and analytically strong, with a proven track record of strategic aptitude
• Wants to build
