Talentedge are partnered with a PE backed, B2B SaaS firm who are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join for a 6-month period, with a view to extend. This is an urgent start and you will need to be immediately available or within a 1 week notice period

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review consolidated management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accurate insight across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and overall business performance.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver forward-looking financial planning and strategic decision support.
- SaaS KPI Metrics: Support the monitoring and reporting of ARR, GRR, NRR and other subscription-based performance metrics, working closely with operational and commercial leaders.
- Deliver detailed financial and operational analysis to identify key trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement, providing clear recommendations to support decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide commercial insight and financial guidance across a range of business initiatives and transformation projects.
- Contribute to integration and transformation activities linked to business growth initiatives, including process alignment, reporting improvements, and systems enhancement projects.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, commercial analysis, and long-term strategic objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes through increased automation, standardisation, and operational efficiency initiatives
About You:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ/CA qualified with extensive FP&A experience within a PE backed, high-growth SaaS/Tech business
- Immediately available or 1 week notice period
- Must have experience working across SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC’s etc
- Strong Financial Modelling skills, AI proficiency and FP&A/Reporting tools (PowerBI, Dynamics etc)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work autonomously to solve problems
- Fantastic communicator and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Prior experience using AI tools is highly desirable
- Confident in working in a fact-paced environment
