Talentedge Tech are supporting a globally recognised, high-performance organisation in their search for a Technology Enablement Project Manager to join a growing Project & Technical Innovation function. This is a newly created role with real scope to influence how technology initiatives are shaped, prioritised, and delivered for one of Sports most loved brands.

What you’ll be doing:

This role sits right at the front end of the technology lifecycle, turning ideas into structured, actionable initiatives.

You’ll:

  • Own and manage the technology initiative pipeline, ensuring smooth flow from ideation through to delivery handover
  • Run workshops with stakeholders to define problems, shape requirements, and uncover opportunities
  • Translate early-stage ideas into clear project briefs, business cases, and roadmap plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners to scope and refine solutions
  • Coordinate with procurement and legal to move initiatives through contracting and approvals
  • Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the pipeline process

A big part of the role is ensuring nothing gets stuck, keeping momentum, clarity, and alignment across multiple moving pieces.

What we’re looking for:

We’re open on background, but you’ll likely come from roles such as:

  • Project / Programme Management
  • Business Analysis or Business Architecture
  • Product or Portfolio Management

Key strengths:

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Ability to take ambiguous ideas and turn them into structured plans
  • Comfortable working across technical and commercial teams
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset

Essentials:

  • Experience working with structured project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, etc.)
  • Proven experience working with third parties or strategic partners

Location & Package:

  • Hybrid working – 2 or 3 days onsite (South of London but within the M25)
  • Up to £75,000 base salary + Bonus
