Customer Data Representative
Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Data Representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 8 months.
Salary:
Paying up to £21.78 per hour PAYE and £28.18 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35)
Customer Data representative role:

Customer Data representative role:
- Validating new customer account requests in SAP.
- Updating customer records in SAP.
- Liaise with customers to obtain missing info.
- Manage and record queries and resolve with the relevant team.
- Monitor daily account-data interfaces with customer and deal with errors.
- Previous experience of managing customer data, creating accounts, updating records, within an IT system ie SAP.
- Good understanding of SAP, how data connects and relates in customer records.
- Customer service experience - dealing with complex queries/complaints (over the phone).
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable.
