Customer Validation & Master Data Representative
Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Validation & Master data representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
£23.88 per day or £30.91 per hour
Customer Validation & Master data role:

This role can be based at our clients site in either Sandwich or Walton Oaks .

Customer Validation & Master data role:
- Customer account set-up and data maintenance in SAP
- Resolve both internal and external queries about customers' account master data
- Resolve system issues through monitoring of account data between client and customer
- Keeping an eye to continuous improvement, becoming subject matter expert on system process
- Managing team mailbox, filing and records management
- Secondary education level, including GCSE or equivalent in maths and English.
- Customer service experience in handling challenging customer queries and complaints via telephone.
- Preferred business to business experience.
- Good level of general IT skills, including MS Office. Experience of working with SAP preferred.
- Ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
- Ability to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to analyse data.
