Entry Level Sales (full time salary + commission)

The Role

Our partner is looking for a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. This is a front-line role responsible for building new relationships with prospective customers and generating high quality sales opportunities.

You will play a key role in the company’s next stage of growth by identifying target accounts, crafting compelling outreach and opening conversations with decision makers at leading organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop strong prospecting skills and build a path towards becoming an Account Executive.

Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain targeted account lists and buyer personas to support a consistent flow of new opportunities.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Create and execute multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone and events to engage potential customers.
  • Messaging Development: Draft, test and refine outbound messaging and sequences, using data and signals to prioritise the most promising opportunities.
  • Account Engagement: Identify key stakeholders within target organisations and guide them towards meaningful conversations with the sales team.
  • Pipeline Quality: Focus not only on volume but also on generating high quality opportunities that convert into strong pipeline.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and the wider revenue team to ensure smooth handoffs and effective follow-up.
  • Sales Assist Support: Over time, support smaller transactional deals while remaining focused on generating qualified opportunities.
