What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and managing client & candidate relationships
• Sourcing top talent via job boards, LinkedIn & headhunting
• Matching skilled professionals to amazing opportunities
• Owning the recruitment process from first call to offer
• Working to clear goals with mentoring from experienced consultants

What We're Looking For:

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is great (but not essential!)
• A strong desire to grow a long-term, successful career in recruitment
