Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM SaaS

  • Core HCM configuration and support

  • Recruitment / Talent Acquisition modules

  • Helpdesk / Case Management

  • Troubleshooting and support skills - mandatory

  • Active SC Clearance (essential)
