My client, a leading global IT services organisation, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to join their growing UK practice. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, leading full lifecycle finance transformation projects across multiple industries.

The role:

• Lead pre-sales and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance programmes (FI/CO, GL, AP, AR, AA).
• Run workshops with senior finance stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure and test finance components, support cutovers, and provide post-go-live hypercare.
• Contribute to solution design, functional specifications, and business process mapping.
• Mentor junior consultants and share expertise within the team.

About you:

• Strong background in SAP Finance consulting with 2-3 full end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
• Hands-on expertise across FI/CO and core finance processes (R2R, AP, AR, GL, AA).
• Exposure to integration with MM, SD, or project systems beneficial.
• Confident communicator with proven experience engaging Finance Managers, Controllers, and Project Leads.
• SAP Finance certification (S/4HANA Financial Accounting or Management Accounting) desirable; professional finance qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) a bonus.
