The Role

We're looking for an Operations Executive to own and run the operational backbone behind our customers' campaigns and the wider business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly and on track — while leveraging our AI agents to work smarter and faster.

This role is ideal for someone who is AI-native: comfortable working alongside AI systems, knowing when to delegate tasks to agents and when human judgment, organisation, and problem-solving matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations behind live campaigns and internal projects, keeping everything on time, on track, and organised
• Coordinate across delivery, clients, and the team so nothing slips through the cracks
• Use and manage Tano's AI agents to support operations, reporting, and process automation
• Make judgment calls on when to rely on AI agents vs. when to step in manually
• Monitor performance and ensure delivery against KPIs
• Continuously improve and automate operational processes as we scale

Requirements

• Worked in an operations, coordination, or generalist role previously
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• AI-native mindset: excited to work with AI tools and agents, not intimidated by them

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or business ops (agency, platform, or brand-side)
• Strong instinct for building and improving processes
• Background at a fast-growing startup or agency
• Familiarity with performance reporting and analytics
• Experience working with AI tools, automation, or agent-based workflows
