The Agile Business Analyst Consultant will work at the heart of multi-disciplinary agile teams, bridging the gap between business objectives, technology, and user needs. You’ll guide clients in understanding how and where digital solutions can create value — translating insight into action and strategy into delivery.

Role Highlights

– Collaborate with cross-functional agile squads to design and deliver user-centred digital products and services.

– Translate business goals and user insights into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

– Act as a key liaison between technical, design, and product teams to ensure clear communication and shared priorities.

– Support product roadmaps, backlog management, and agile ceremonies to maintain momentum and quality.

– Advise clients on how emerging technologies and delivery models can transform customer experience.

You Will Need

– Experience working in agile, user-centred product or service development projects.

– Proven ability to bridge technical and business perspectives within Scrum environments.

– Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence for requirements management.

– Understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure concepts.

– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.

– Ideally, exposure to Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and agile delivery in the public sector.
