The organisation partners closely with senior leadership teams and private equity stakeholders to tackle complex commercial and strategic challenges. Operating at the intersection of finance, technology and data-driven insight, the firm supports companies as they scale, sharpen strategy and unlock long-term value. With a strong international client base and growing demand for its expertise, the business is expanding its senior team and seeking an Associate Director who thrives in high-performance environments where expectations are high and impact is immediate.
The Associate Director will lead high-value client engagements from initial scoping through to delivery, working directly with senior executives and investors to shape strategic decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
Role Highlights – The Associate Director will:
– Lead advisory engagements from problem definition through delivery
– Work directly with CEOs, Chairs and private equity investors
– Translate complex market and product challenges into clear strategic direction
– Drive accountability across internal teams and client stakeholders
– Maintain pace and quality across demanding, high-stakes projects
You Will Need:
– 5–8+ years’ experience within strategy consulting, private equity advisory or similar environments
– Strong knowledge of fintech, financial software, data or cyber sectors
– Exceptional analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem solving
– Confidence presenting to and influencing senior leadership teams
– Resilience and drive to perform in high-pressure, high-visibility roles
