We are working with a leading digital transformation consultancy that partners with major organisations to reimagine services, enhance customer experiences, and deliver meaningful digital change at scale. By combining strategy, design, technology, and data-led thinking, our client creates intuitive, accessible, and user-centred products and services across complex environments.
The Service Designer will join a growing Digital Factory community of designers, researchers, strategists, and technologists who are passionate about human-centred design and solving complex problems through collaboration and innovation.
Role Highlights
– Lead discovery, ideation, and end-to-end service design delivery
– Create journeys, service blueprints, personas, and experience maps
– Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions with stakeholders
– Translate user research into clear, actionable service improvements
– Champion inclusive, accessible design across all stages of delivery
You Will Need
– Proven experience delivering end-to-end service design within complex environments
– Strong understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and principles
– Ability to design and communicate complex service ecosystems clearly
– Experience working in agile, cross-functional delivery teams
– Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
– Eligibility for SC Clearance (UK resident requirements met)
