Our client is a global transformation consultancy that partners with some of the UK’s most complex and influential organisations to turn emerging technologies into meaningful outcomes. Due to continued growth and increasing demand for digital transformation expertise, our client is expanding its product function and is seeking talented Product Manager's to play a pivotal role in delivering impactful, user-centred solutions across high-profile programmes.
The Product Manager will own product direction, prioritisation and delivery, ensuring that teams create measurable value while balancing user needs, business objectives and technical considerations. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to shape solutions, influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes in agile delivery environments.
Role Highlights
– Own and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
– Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
– Collaborate with designers, analysts, engineers and architects to deliver high-value outcomes
– Act as a trusted client-facing representative, communicating progress and priorities clearly
– Support experimentation and innovation, including the exploration of AI-enabled solutions
You Will Need
– Experience contributing to the delivery of user-centred digital products or services
– Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
– Proven experience working within Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and applying GDS design principles across digital product delivery.
– Experience working with artificial intelligence solutions, whether through hands-on implementation, supporting AI initiatives, or a strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application within a business environment
– Ability to make informed decisions and manage competing priorities effectively
