Programme Director: Financial Services Data

• £120,000-£145,000 + Bonus

Our client is a joint venture between two leading enterprise data organisations. They’re launching a new product to market to generate net new growth, targeting the financial services sector.

The Programme Director will be responsible for driving the new venture to launch. You’ll be joining early in the creation of the new venture and will need to be comfortable operating in an unstructured environment, one without clearly defined processes and governance. You’ll be charged with creating the processes, governance, and structure to take the business from 0-1.

As the venture grows, you’ll have the opportunity to launch other new products and ventures for the organisation, taking the learnings from the original project to create repeatable structures for new products, targeting new sectors.

The Engagement Manager will:

– Work with teams across the globe to launch and scale the new venture

– Establish processes and governance structures

– Translate ambiguous challenges into structured engagements

– Act as a partner to the leadership team

– Build long-term senior relationships rooted in trust

You will need:

– Experience in Financial Infrastructure, Enterprise Data or Enterprise SaaS

– Experience working in a multi-geography and multi-organisational environment

– Previous consulting experience is helpful

– Experience working across internal and external partnerships

– Experience in Financial Services/Banks
