Test Lead

My Consultancy Client require a Test Lead (Aladdin) for an immediate start.

To serve as a Test Lead on an Aladdin implementation, owning end-to-end testing workstreams with a focus on UAT delivery, readiness, and stakeholder coordination. This role sits at the intersection of operations, business, and technology, guiding teams and ensuring testing is aligned to implementation milestones and next-phase objectives.

• Serve as Test Lead on the Aladdin implementation, owning and driving end-to-end testing workstreams
• Lead UAT planning and execution, ensuring coverage, quality, and alignment with business requirements
• Track and manage testing progress, requirements status, and overall readiness for key implementation phases
• Provide guidance to business and operations teams, including Aladdin super users, to support effective test execution
• Coordinate across front office, operations, and technology teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth testing cycles
• Support next-phase readiness, ensuring defects, gaps, and enhancements are addressed ahead of go-live
• Bring a delivery-oriented mindset, leveraging prior experience in delivery, ops, or test lead roles to drive execution
