    Key Responsibilities:

    • Use your customer service experience to design and evaluate realistic support scenarios.
    • Provide insights that enhance the accuracy and empathy of AI-driven communication models.
    • Review materials for quality, clarity, and alignment with real-world service standards.
    • Work independently on flexible, asynchronous tasks.

    Working Conditions:

    • Fully remote, with flexible scheduling around your availability.
    • Minimum 15 hours per week commitment (duration approximately 3–4 weeks).
    • Requires a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).

    Ideal Qualifications:
