Software Developer

About the Role:

One of our clients is hiring experienced Software Developers to participate in a research project for a leading AI company. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to design and evaluate development-related content that supports the training of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review realistic software development tasks and questions.
• Apply professional programming and systems knowledge to ensure technical accuracy.
• Provide insights that reflect real-world software engineering workflows.
• Work asynchronously while meeting project quality standards and deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• Fully remote and asynchronous.
• Minimum 15 hours per week commitment.
• Project duration: Approximately 3–4 weeks.
• Must use a desktop or laptop (Chromebooks not supported).

Ideal Qualifications:

• Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Proficient in at least one major programming language or development stack.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
