D365 CE & Power Platform Developer
We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Developer to join a growing team delivering enterprise-grade CRM and digital transformation solutions. You’ll play a key role in designing, building and optimising scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including emerging AI and Copilot capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Build and configure Power Platform components including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate and Dataverse
- Develop plugins, custom workflows and integrations using C# / .NET
- Integrate D365 with external systems via APIs and Azure services such as Functions or Service Bus
- Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to solution design, architecture discussions and best practice implementation
- Support deployments, releases and ongoing optimisation
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities to enhance user experience, automation and productivity
Required experience
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
- Solid hands-on experience across the Power Platform
- Proficiency in C#, .NET and JavaScript
- Experience working with Dataverse / CDS
- Experience building plugins, custom workflows and integrations
- Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus is beneficial)
- Experience with ALM and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of solution design and best practices
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder or related AI-driven capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem
Desirable
- Experience with Power Pages
- Experience building or integrating Copilot Studio / custom copilots
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400
