About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to join my clients growing internal technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Salesforce within the organisation. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with the business strategy and support the digital transformation journey.

As a key technical leader, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and optimisation of Salesforce products across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architectural design of the Salesforce environment, ensuring best practices and scalability
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using the Salesforce platform
• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Lead governance for Salesforce development and ensure alignment with architectural standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, sales, marketing, and service to deliver value-driven solutions
• Oversee data architecture, security, and integration strategy for Salesforce
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and implementation partners
• Mentor developers and admins, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry trends

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (nice to have)
• Experience with designing end-to-end solutions across Salesforce and integrated platforms
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, and Salesforce configuration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect highly desirable
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• Based within commuting distance of London – hybrid role requiring 1 day per week in the office
