The Role As a Stibo Architect, you will be operating in the highly competitive Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This sector demands rapid innovation, robust data-driven insights, and stringent compliance with security and privacy standards.

We are seeking for a STIBO STEP Architect who will position him/ herself in Customer's Analytical MDM area and will engage in defining the overall MDM architecture and working with Enterprise Architect teams for positioning MDM in ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• The candidate will understand functional requirements from markets/business and translate them into technical requirements.

• The candidate will design data model and data integration mechanism.

• The candidate will design and define data syndication mechanism.

• Monitor data load performance and work towards performance optimization, as and when required.

• Implement best practices to improve performance and user experience.

• Creation of technical documentation, architectural artifacts and knowledge repositories.

• Provide hands on expertise with STEP configuration workflow design, UI design and build.

• Define STEP data models, attributes, inheritance structures, product structures. Classification schema.

Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong hands on and solutioning experience in STIBO STEP.

• Experience in defining MDM architecture and working with Enterprise Architect teams for positioning MDM in ecosystem.

• Understand Analytical MDM requirements from Business and translate functional use cases to technical requirements.

• Experience in conducting MDM technology assessment.

• Experience in performance optimization, design data load strategy and implement best practices following GS1 global guidelines and CPG data model standards.

• Understanding of CPG or retail business processes.

• Understanding supply chain and marketing business functions.

• Architect complex integration with ERP, PLM, CRM, DAM and downstream using APIs, REST/SOAP services or ETL tools.

• Clear understanding on data integration (both inbound and outbound) mechanism and workflow.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience in performance improvement.

• Experience in multi-lingual and global implementation.

• Experience in user-access management.

• Experience in compliance with data governance, metadata management and security frameworks.
