The Role
The role requires the ability to translate business requirements into clear and structured system requirements for the Solutioning team, supported by the creation of prototypes and wireframes to facilitate effective discussions with business stakeholders. The individual should demonstrate strong communication and articulation skills, work confidently within Agile delivery models using the Scrum framework, and manage project requirements efficiently using tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, Confluence, and Jira.
Your responsibilities:
· Should be able to translate business requirement into System requirements that can be understood by the Solutioning Team.
· Should be able to create prototype/wireframes to facilitate requirement discussion with business.
· Good communication and articulation skills.
· Should be able to manage stakeholders independently.
· Should be able to facilitate defect triage calls with the testing and dev teams to steer them into right direction.
· Should be able to convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
· Should be able to correctly define the order of precedence for user stories, any dependencies, impediments.
· Expert in Agile ways of working using Scrum Framework.
· Good at managing Project requirements using Azure DevOps Board, Confluence and Jira.
· Good at handling sprint ceremonies
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
· Ability to elicit, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for solution and development teams.
· Practical experience working in Agile environments using the Scrum framework, including participation in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Hands-on experience managing requirements and delivery artefacts using Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, and Confluence.
· Ability to create basic wireframes, prototypes, and process flows to support requirement clarification and discussions with business stakeholders.
· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
· Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and exposure to digital solutions, APIs, and integration concepts.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
· High level knowledge of Kanban and SAFe Framework.
· High level Knowledge of Azure DevOps is desirable.
