The Role
As a Client Partner – Education, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships within the higher education sector. You will own the overall account performance, drive revenue growth, and lead delivery excellence, while ensuring strong alignment between client objectives and TCS capabilities.
Key re s ponsibilities:
- Owning and delivering P&L targets for the client account, including revenue growth and operational performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CXO‐level engagement.
- Understanding the education sector landscape and adapting communication to align with client priorities and strategic objectives.
- Driving thought leadership by proposing solutions that address complex business and organisational challenges.
- Managing large programmes across global delivery teams, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.
- Resolving delivery challenges, resource constraints, and stakeholder conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and driving positive customer experience outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and expanding TCS presence within the education sector.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong experience in sales, account management, or business development within technology or services organisations.
- Proven experience managing large client accounts and delivering complex programmes with global teams.
- Experience leading and managing teams of fifty or more associates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
- Ability to operate in client‐facing environments and work from customer locations as required.
