  • Delivery Governance & Performance Management
  • Ensure the successful delivery of services/projects across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as the onshore escalation point for delivery issues, risks, and dependencies.

  • Oversee adherence to SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, and compliance requirements.
  • Financial & Contract Management
  • Manage engagement-level financials including forecasting, budgeting, resource planning, and margin optimization.
  • Track revenue, billing, and utilization in coordination with delivery and finance teams.
  • Support contract renewals, SOW creation, and change order negotiations.
  • Account Growth & Strategy

  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal preparation for new initiatives.
  • Partner with account leadership to shape long-term account strategy and roadmap.
  • Communication & Reporting
  • Deliver clear and concise communication to both client and internal leadership.
  • Prepare dashboards, progress reports, risk logs, and performance updates for governance forums.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across onshore–offshore teams.
  • People & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Provide leadership and guidance to distributed teams supporting the account.
  • Mentor project managers, leads, and SMEs across onshore/offshore teams.
  • Foster a strong, collaborative culture across geographies.

Your Profile
