The Role

As an IT Executive Support Engineer, you will deliver high‐quality technical support to end users, including senior executives and VIP stakeholders, across Windows, macOS, mobile, and cloud‐based productivity platforms. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a seamless user experience through prompt incident resolution, proactive support, and effective stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with wider IT teams to resolve complex issues, contribute to continuous service improvement, and ensure a reliable and professional support experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows and macOS laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot business applications.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Resolve issues related to email, MFA, authentication, VPN, Wi‐Fi, and printing.
  • Perform device onboarding, imaging, and offboarding activities.
  • Execute Microsoft Intune device management tasks based on skill and competency level.
  • Document incident resolutions and maintain knowledge articles and SOPs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and perform root‐cause analysis where required.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices.
  • Hands‐on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM).
  • Experience supporting mobile platforms such as iOS and Android.
  • Understanding of networking concepts including VPN, Wi‐Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Demonstrable experience working in an IT support environment.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting Outlook, Calendar, and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting experience, including registry and driver issues.
  • Experience with macOS endpoint management and device enrolment.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or VIP users in a high‐touch support environment.
