Junior Product Designer
The Role
As a Junior Product Designer, you will contribute to every stage of the product design process while learning from experienced designers, researchers and technologists. You'll support the delivery of digital products by creating assets, wireframes, prototypes and design deliverables, whilst being exposed to the latest tools, methodologies and ways of working within the industry.
We work in cross-functional teams, so you'll need to demonstrate experience or a genuine interest in product, visual, UX and UI design, along with the practical and technical skills needed to bring ideas to life.
Our Product Designers are curious, collaborative and detail oriented. They are problem solvers who combine creativity with user-centred thinking to create engaging, effective digital experiences.

Client
- Listen to, capture and respond to client feedback.

- Contribute to design activities including wireframing, prototyping and visual design.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality design deliverables with guidance from senior team members.
- Produce visual design, UX and UI work across a range of digital products and platforms.
- Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes and presentations.
- Present design work to colleagues and participate in design critiques.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, researchers, product managers and developers.
- Take on feedback positively and use it to improve outcomes.
- Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to high standards of quality.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a design role, internship or placement within an agency, consultancy or product environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating an understanding of digital product design and problem solving.
- Understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, hierarchy and visual communication.
- Good knowledge of Figma.
- Experience creating wireframes, user journeys and prototypes.
- Awareness of accessibility and usability best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively.
- A positive attitude, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
