The Role
As a Fusion Program Manager. You will be responsible for delivery and execution experience of strategic, mission critical and transformation programme in Oracle Fusion. You will lead a critical delivery of our Oracle Fusion Program.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for shaping and delivering large complex programme of Oracle Fusion
- Manage complex/matrix set of stakeholders at multiple levels including CXO’s, policy makers, business owners etc.
- Lead and manage Agile/Waterfall delivery
- Tracking and reporting on progress against the plan, including managing exceptions and escalations
- Supplier management and where necessary manage sub-contractors
- Responsible to build and maintain excellent working relationship with key partners, product and vendors.
- Assessing and managing the risk profile of the Project / Programme, mitigation plans, create/maintain registers
- Provide reporting for Programme Operational Boards and Senior/Exec level Steering Committees
- Drive business growth through identifying programme change opportunities plus as a senior leader, support the account director on sales strategy.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Large programme management and hands on experience in rolling out end-to-end transformation initiatives in Oracle Fusion.
- Strong exposure of Oracle fusion program delivery
- Exposure to multiple delivery models including Agile, Waterfall etc.
- Strong understanding of project and programme disciplines – structure, standards, gateways, process adherence, accurate and detailed planning
- Transition Management – Ability to transition new/on-going services (Application Development/Support, Infra etc) and service transition of large programmes.
- Experience in Change Management, Risk Management, Financial Management, Pricing, Commercial, Contracts
- In depth knowledge and work experience in Service Delivery operations
- Experience of working in DevOps Environment
- Exposure full spectrum of services including Cloud, Infrastructure, Service Desk, End User Services, Service Delivery, Operations management, Testing, Shared Services etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills to convince, reassure, persuade and negotiate

- Airline domain knowledge
