The Role
As an OCM Consultant, you will support the design, development, and delivery of organizational change management activities for technology-driven and business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders and SMEs to assess change impacts, identify adoption risks, and develop practical solutions to drive readiness and user adoption. You will be expected to quickly understand client needs, operate across both strategic and hands-on delivery, and contribute to related areas such as business change and enablement.
Key responsibilities:
- Onsite development and delivery of OCM consulting solutions in client environments
- Support the development of OCM deliverables and activities for technology‐enabled programmes and stand‐alone OCM projects
- Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and work estimates
- Clarify, prioritise, and manage personal work plans effectively
- Translate business process and technology changes into specific OCM programmes, activities, and tasks
- Contribute to the development and management of OCM metrics, driving programme effectiveness and client satisfaction
- Provide a high level of service to clients, supporting overall Customer Satisfaction Survey results
- Contribute to the development of responses throughout the client sales lifecycle
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across account teams and business units.
- Support the growth of the OCM practice through contributions to methodology, collateral, and intellectual capital.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Experience in strategy or change management-led transformation.
- Knowledge of one or more Change Management approaches with the ability to flex within that approach dependent upon client and project need
- Proven experience in the development and delivery of Organisational Change Management (OCM) solutions in client environments
- OCM responsibilities supporting the global implementation of one or more market‐leading enterprise applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with a market-recognized Change Management methodology
- Effective communication skills for different stakeholder groups and at all levels of an organization
- Project management skills, using market-leading tools.
- Advanced, demonstrable skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
