The Role:
Partnership Lead - is responsible for driving the growth and success of strategic partnerships, with a focus on expanding the services pipeline and orchestrating impactful events. Will develop and execute partnership strategies, manage key relationships, and ensure alignment with the organization's business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Grow business by developing and managing strategic partnerships
- Build strong partner relationships and drive joint market initiatives
- Negotiate agreements and optimize partnership performance
- Maintain a pipeline of partnership-driven service opportunities
- Organize joint events and co-marketing with OEMs
- Collaborate across teams to integrate and maximize partnership value
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in partnership models and OEM ecosystems
- Strategic partnership development and management
- Negotiation, communication, and relationship management
- Data analysis for actionable insights
- Joint event and co-marketing execution
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Business overview skills across major DX OEMs such as Adobe, Sitecore, Braze, Optimizely , Commerce tools etc.,
- Proven track record in partner relations and pipeline growth through strategic initiatives
