The Role:

Partnership Lead - is responsible for driving the growth and success of strategic partnerships, with a focus on expanding the services pipeline and orchestrating impactful events. Will develop and execute partnership strategies, manage key relationships, and ensure alignment with the organization's business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Grow business by developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Build strong partner relationships and drive joint market initiatives
  • Negotiate agreements and optimize partnership performance
  • Maintain a pipeline of partnership-driven service opportunities
  • Organize joint events and co-marketing with OEMs
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate and maximize partnership value

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Experience in partnership models and OEM ecosystems
  • Strategic partnership development and management
  • Negotiation, communication, and relationship management
  • Data analysis for actionable insights
  • Joint event and co-marketing execution
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Business overview skills across major DX OEMs such as Adobe, Sitecore, Braze, Optimizely , Commerce tools etc.,
  • Proven track record in partner relations and pipeline growth through strategic initiatives
